I am very familiar with the world of CEOs. I know C-level challenges and priorities from my work at McKinsey Berlin, BCG Zurich, and Roland Berger New York City. My monastic meditation practice in the mountain forest of Vermont offers a complementary perspective that can be hard to obtain when you are in the CEO seat. I treat my executive clients as trusted peers and friends. We engage in individual sessions at a fee that we explore together. I have led international projects weaving organizations together in Post Merger Integrations comprising more 80,000 employees, taking into account different cultures, organizational structures, processes, and systems. We reduced the time-to-market of new drugs with Process Redesign, and rescued a failed international blockbuster with a Product Relaunch. Today I use the same methods and rigor with a more comprehensive perspective that emphasizes employee well-being during difficult organizational transformations.

Healthcare Innovation
My pioneering health apps were called “the future of health care” for chronic pain, IBS, stress, anxiety, eating disorders, and autism (The Atlantic). My team developed patient reported research & care portals used by leading academic medical centers, company acquired by Press Ganey. Our mindfulness app was validated by randomized controlled trial (PNAS). I launched the first commercially available ethical placebo, Zeebo®. Clinical Studies with Zeebo for Lower Back Pain published in Nature, Pain; recommended by American Family Physician.
Where & How I Work.
My office is located at Hula on the shores of Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont, USA. My work and social life regularly take me to Europe, Asia and Southern Africa. These days I mainly work remotely from Vermont. I am available to relocate for longer periods of time if an engagement calls for it.
